Evelyn {Mt. Tabor, Portland, OR}

I'm not sure I've ever seen a cuter set of pigtails than the ones on little Ms. Evelyn! We spent the morning at Mt. Tabor Park playing on the swings, slides and blowing dandelions in the wind. Adorable Evelyn's pigtails were flying the whole time. It was a bit chilly on the mountain, but she was a trooper. Oh, and the precious tutu she's wearing in many of the photos?
